This course was developed to meet Australian food safety legal requirements nation-wide, and provide a most comprehensive understanding of Food Safety in the workplace.
Owners of registered food businesses must ensure they nominate a current Food Safety Supervisor, who has the responsibility of recognising, preventing and alleviating the hazards associated with food handling in your workplace.
In many states, businesses that do not have a Food Safety Supervisor may be risking a fine, and should comply with this requirement as soon as possible to avoid substantial penalties.
Enrolment and Fees: All enrolments must be confirmed by payment of fees. Fees will be refunded in full if SGAE cancels a course due to insufficient numbers. If a student cancels within 3 days of course commencing, a 10% administration fee will be charged. No fees will be refunded once classes commence.
This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.
