Course Description

This course is designed to engage people with an intellectual disability in education with a focus on improving communication skills, building self confidence, resilience, independent living and life skills.

The program is delivered in a fun and friendly environment with our skilled trainers.  It is designed to follow on from Personal Development Skills 1 – Skills for Life.

This course may provide the basic knowledge and confidence to pathway into 22294VIC – Course in Initial Adult Literacy & Numeracy (CIALN), 22476VIC – Certificate I General Education for Adults (Introductory) and 22301VIC – Certificate I in Transition Education.
