Course Description

This program is designed to engage people with an intellectual disability with a focus on improving communication skills, health and wellbeing, independent living and life skills, along with building on self-confidence.

Participants will develop the skills and gain confidence in:

  • Using timetables, calendars and signs
  • Recognition and use of time
  • Filling out forms
  • Social skills
  • Healthy eating habits
  • Personal hygiene
  • Personal fitness
  • Problem solving
  • Enhancing their potential pathway into further education and/or community participation options.

Tuition Fee $50
Resource Fee $110
Admin Fee (Non-refundable) $45

Pre-Accredited Short Courses are government funded and concession already applies to these subsidised tuition fees.
